Special reserve
Around Christmas
2012, Nespresso launched its first Special Reserve Limited Edition coffee, the
Hawaii Kona Special Reserve 2012 (intensity:5).[15] This was based on
Kona coffee beans which is
one of the most expensive coffees in the world. They sold for AUD$30 in
Australia.
In October 2014,
Nespresso launched Maragogype Special Reserve
(intensity:6).[16] They sold for €12
in Europe, £10 in the UK, AUD$30 in Australia and US$20 in the United States
(for a sleeve of 10).
